Shipping & Policies

SHIPPING:

Small Paintings, prints, pottery, & other products -

Items ordered are shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise stated. In addition to shipping time most items ship within 4-5 days depending on the item. I try to ship items as quickly as possible however, and around the holidays you will likely find processing times to be faster. Pre-order items will take longer and lead time will be stated in the listing itself. Items are all packed carefully with bubble wrap, heavyweight cardboard, and packing paper as needed. Rest assured your items will be packed very carefully and with attention. If items are damaged in shipping please contact me within 30 days of shipping with photos of the damage. I will do my best to offer exchanges or refunds, but as much of my work is original and one-of-a-kind replacements for these items can be difficult.

Large Original Artwork -

If an item is considered “Large Original Artwork” it will be stated on the listing and the shipping charge will vary from $5-30 depending on the size of the item. This charge is for packing materials only and the shipping rate itself is included in the cost of the original work shown in the listing. If you have other questions about shipping on large original works, please contact me.

Policies:

Returns & Exchanges -

Returns and exchanges are offered only on non-original work such as products - this may include things like journals, t-shirts, calendars, etc. Original works include pottery, original paintings, ornaments, and anything that was made with my own two hands. Returns and exchanges are also not offered on prints because prints are ordered especially for you. If your original work or print was damaged in shipping, please see the shipping section above on how to receive an exchange or refund for this. I will do my best to accommodate returns and exchanges.

Taxes -

All TX residents will be charged sales tax of 6.25% at checkout.

Commissions -

In order to secure your commission spot, you will be charged a deposit that is percentage of the total agreed upon commission fee. Deposits for commissions are non-refundable. If you choose to order a commission, we will discuss other commission policies after you contact me.

Email Subscribers -

Note that email subscribers will receive notice about collections, special product releases, etc. in advance. Sometimes email subscribers will also receive perks such as discounts and early access to original artwork.
